A38 traffic live as broken-down lorry causes 70-minute delays near Exeter

Drivers are facing severe delays on the A38 eastbound near Kennford after a lorry broke down, closing two lanes. Lanes three and four of four are currently closed, with congestion stretching back beyond Harcombe Petrol Station. Traffic joining the A38 from the A380 at Ashcombe is also being affected. Journey times through the area are reported to be around 70 minutes.
